Always driving late night, waiting hrs for freight at times. Slip seating.

Great pay for a part time job. Pretty simple work.

Cons

Terrible management from the supervisors. They favor certain employees that they like and turn their head when they do something wrong, but if someone else does the exact same thing they give critical write ups on the 1st occurance. And have been known to make up reasons/lies to write people up so it looks like they are supervising.

Being a part of FedEx was a good experience.

Cons

Sadly, the best course of action for FedEx Freight was to divest FedEx National and incorporate the operation into FedEx Freight. While necessary, it was sad to see the company go.
