Nothing compares to what used to be. But perhaps one thing that still exists, more or less, is the possibility of maintaining a work-life balance.

Cons

Really bad environment at the moment. Hard workers don’t matter; what’s valued more are the manager’s friends, even if they’re not truly productive, and how well you can show off.
