Pros

When I joined the company it was coasting through, however over the past few years we have seen a lot of improvements and innovation. Of course, it isnt always easy to do this without upsetting people and the business handled it well. The products and benefits are improving and I feel as though employees are listened to and everyone wants to do better. The internal engagement scores are very good and the people I have recruited are happy I reached out

Cons

None I can think of

Pros

Free meal, cab facility for evening shift, WFH (hybrid)

Cons

1. Only flagship products get the royal treatment. The rest are left in the corporate basement with a flickering bulb and no roadmap. 2. Teams working on legacy products are in a constant state of “What are we even doing here?” 3. Zero efforts from management to upskill the team. This really affects customer facing role to answer certain queries without knowing what to do. The job boils down to glorified data entry and template filling. 4. Highlighting issues are like shouting into the void. “We hear you” is management speak for 'We’ve archived your email'. 5. Every two years ( my tenure) , a new manager showed up & guess what people skills are optional for them. No wonder I had zero career discussion in my 5 years here. One to one is limited to discuss on tickets and surveys. 6. If your dream job involves creating tickets and changing status and filling data while collecting a decent salary congrats, here is a place to stay. 7. Employees are like- What are fixed holidays? You work on local holidays as US is working. On US holidays, Canada is working. Catch up on your comp offs and PTO's if you want off.
