Company culture is good, people are friendly, overall good employer

Cons

Decisions that need to be made and actions being done take an absurd amount of time. Epicor has acquired so many smaller companies that it feels like 25 different companies all trying to operate under one roof and it gets complicated

Integrating multiple companies under one roof is genuinely hard for any company, and we know that it can slows things down for the people during their day-to-day initially.
