Thank you for your review and mentioning the benefits and 401k as pros. MOS is proud to offer great benefits to our employees. However, we are disappointed to hear your opinion on management and mobility. MOS does often hire from within and we put a lot of effort into making sure we have employees in the right place, not only for them but for MOS as a whole.
