      -Fantastic leadership and global experience fresh out of college. Really helps prepare you for future leadership roles in the future.

      - Growingly absent mid-career workforce which leads to an increased burden on those early in their career to suddenly operate at the level of someone who should have 10-15 years of experience.

      Pros

      Getting 2.5days of accrued leave per month is nice, which adds up over time. You can request leave whenever within your schedule and it won't be denied.

      Cons

      Not too much structure when it comes to squadron training. Depends on your squadron but leadership can really determine your experience.
