1. The company is full of worst people 2. The management treats the employees as Labor, make them work live slaves for 24 hrs. 3. Policies are worst. They will hold you forcefully in their organization by bounding you in "Bond" and will ask you to pay the bond money and after that you can leave. 4. Leaving this organization is not easy, the management will keep extending the release date. 5. Very few supportive team mates are there, you have to struggle on your own to solve your problems.
