Pros
Started off as a typical, super intense, up/out consulting model. Competitive and competent, with some seriously intelligent and capable partners. Great learning everyday, but intense in all the expected ways of consulting life.
Cons
After the merger, the quality of partners and team members were lowered a bit. Still solid work from my experience, but not without its challenges against merging of cultures, leadership, standards, and approaches in work and philosophies.
