- un cabinet qui bouge au sein duquel on peut être force de proposition et être responsabilisé - une palette d'activités internes pour diversifier les équipes au sein desquelles on travaille et la palette de compétences / connaissances dont on dispose (formations, recrutement, blog, études, task forces, propal...) - des missions variées en termes de durée, dispositif, sujets - un cadre de travail idéal au bureau et de belles amitiés entre consultants - chaque consultant peut s'impliquer plus ou moins, se fixer son propre équilibre vie pro / vie perso, et orienter son CV selon les sujets qui le passionne - un soutien fort du management

Cons

- inhérent au conseil (et au monde du travail en général) : toutes les missions / projets ne correspondent pas toujours à l'ensemble des attentes de chacun - il n'est pas toujours facile de développer une appétence pour les sujets 4.0 et de s'intégrer dans la stratégie 4.0 de la direction - l'accompagnement des consultants qui ont un rôle de management pourrait être renforcé

There is a strong sense of camaraderie at the peer level, which makes day-to-day work more pleasant. - There is also a relatively good work-life balance overall. However, it is sometimes unclear whether this is the result of a genuine company culture that prioritizes balance, or rather a consequence of inconsistent planning and organization, which can lead to periods of under- or over-allocation. - Decent healthcare benefits

Cons

- Clear lack of structure and transparency, particularly regarding promotions, bonuses, and compensation adjustments. Processes are inconsistent, often unclear, and sometimes feel arbitrary. In several cases, expected salary adjustments were delayed, minimized, or only granted after persistent follow-up. Bonuses are not always proactively distributed and may require employees to explicitly chase them. - Favoritism is a concern, with recognition and advancement not always based on merit.
