      Great Team - Colleagues all get on well/ Senior Team very supportive and helpful Job satisfaction Good Pay + Bonus Great support from HR Teams Decent work/ life balance Expenses covered when covering other sites

      Cons

      Small Team so sometimes little interaction Occasionally disgruntled customers and difficult to interact

      Pros

      You get a developement Journey in coaching, sales, service. Have fantastic colleges and management.

      Cons

      The tecnical developmnet is on its way but we are still using papers some times in the saleprocess.
