Benefits were absolutely amazing and made it worth it.

Cons

Constantly changing everything, no matter if it makes sense. Willing to eliminate people immediately to serve their bottom dollar. Look at their stock, you’ll see sudden sharp increases. It’s every time they’ve let everyone go.
