      Good WLB, flat hierarchy, friendly environment and good overall compensation.

      Cons

      Lots of legacy code, management and senior devs are aware of it and try to minimize its impact on delivery of new features, still, depending on the team you're assigned you might have to spend a considerable amount of time debugging it.
