Pros

Some pros.. but not enough

Cons

Where do I even start? 1. Unethical Standards 2. Employees are responsible but never rewarded 3. Incapable individuals in positions they don't have experience in 4. No structure for reporting 5. Every department is ran completely different. It was publicly stated "Some departments are managed poorly" at a work event. No changes have been made to fix this. 6. There was a working group created to 'fix the environment' but when individuals speak up, HR reacts like such things are not possible. HR, take off your rose colored glasses and please OPEN your eyes. Stop being dictated by Europeans who do not comply with US laws and regulations. They do not value employee feedback. They protect their own behinds before any person in front of them. 7. DOES NOT FOLLOW US RULES AND REGULATIONS 8. They are doing exactly was Tesco did and everyone knows but nobody does anything about it. 9. You work as a slave and have zero work life balance. Good luck trying to leave at a decent hour without your boss putting a black mark on your record. Europeans expect you to commit your life to something that might end up failing. 10. You will be borderline harassed as an employee depending on your department. I feel sorry for anyone who starts with this company with any sake of hope. Lower your expectations and realize the company you work for quickly. Glad I got out when I did. If it's too good to be true........... it's too good to be true.

Pros

Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

Cons

Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
