Pros

Kfc is one of the best place to work in inorder to build you work ethics and team playing skills. i believe that working here has increase my ability to multi task to greater lengths that i could never imagine. As one of the permenant full time team members I could say that we are constantly working under pressure dealing with customers and myind you we always have so much fussy customers that realy tries your patience to the extend somtimes your smile goes from genuine to fake. lol. But yeah like i sad its a good place to build your work ethics.

Cons

One of the main problems i believe is, there are less benefits for staff because we are really not looked after. We work hard and sometimes its just seems unfair because we always have a set CPH target and sometimes its requires our sacrifice of being clocked out early. This is sad because we have a lot of people who really work hard and do not want to loose their jobs so we choose to agree with whatever the company puts on our plate. We are always obligated to carry on work while clocked out because we do not want to have a bad record.

Pros

Working at KFC has several advantages. One major benefit is the flexible scheduling, which makes it a good option for students or people with other jobs. The position is also entry-level friendly, meaning employees typically do not need prior experience to get hired. In addition, the fast-paced environment can make shifts feel shorter and more engaging. Many employees also enjoy the team atmosphere and develop friendships with their coworkers. Another advantage is the availability of employee discounts or free food during shifts, as well as the potential for advancement into shift leader or management roles.

Cons

However, there are also some disadvantages to working at KFC. The pay is often relatively low, usually close to minimum wage. The job can be physically demanding, requiring employees to stand for long periods, work in a hot kitchen, and perform tasks such as lifting and cleaning. The work environment can also be messy due to grease and food preparation. Additionally, the job can be stressful during busy hours, especially when dealing with long lines or high customer demand. Employees may also have to handle difficult or impatient customers, which can be challenging. Finally, work schedules may be inconsistent, with hours varying from week to week.
