They offer some flexibility regarding work schedules for team leaders (if you need to go to the doctor for example they will not consider it absent), having in consideration team leaders also work “extra hours” for free, having extraordinary meetings outside of work hours/ saturdays. Cons
The whole environment it’s like a school, operators with very low levels of responsibility and autonomy, often engaging in gossipy behaviors towards other colleagues, similar to bullying. This creates a really unpleasant place to work and some psychological/ emotional related issues. A very rigid vertical structure where higher management bosses everyone around, which is no longer acceptable in the work place nowadays Team leaders are told to deprive operators from extra intervals if the sales are low, and “reward” them only if the metrics are achieved, which again resembles a school system. Some more “adult” operations don’t enjoy this environment nor the “team Activities” as they simply want to do their job and go home. They work from 11-8pm sometimes 9pm / saturdays.
