Incompetent leadership, bully and intimidate staff by believing they should be 'grateful' to even have a job in the first place. Will give you more responsibility, but will not provide promotion or salary increase....believing you should be grateful to the institution for the opportunity. An excellent company to work for if it wasn't for a management team who were more interested in securing their own futures and fortunes at the expense of everyone else. Programs delivered are suffering too as their EMBA ranked No.1 last year is now only ranked No.3. Alumni from the program were very unhappy.
