Pros
The projects are interesting, people are usually friendly and eager to help. Technology stack is quite modern in internal projects (for most parts), for client-based consultants it depends.
Cons
There are almost no employee benefits, no medical plans, no gym discounts, not even free coffee (for those working for internal projects at least), no official work from home options. Management is very focused on selling, not so much on keeping the people.
