Pros
Stable job, good work life balance, opportunity to learn and grow initially, fosters cultural values. They provide cheap and decent lunch in Head office. Infrastructure is maintained well.
Cons
Base salary is very low, only way to stay afloat is by getting incentive. Incentives aren't based on purely individual performance, it is allocated according to the leaders whims. Promotions take way too long and in most cases won't happen. Technology is very outdated and there isn't any sign of further innovation. There are research analysts with 7-8 years of experience who earn just a meager in hand salary of 30-35k
