      Not enough pay, horrible benefits, no employee acknowledgement, always having to try to find a seat/desk to sit at, never being told when you do well, only when you do badly.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
