Pros

They feed you, encourages teamwork, allegedly gives substantial raises based on positions you know. There seems to be a fair amount of room for advancement and the atmosphere is for the most part friendly.

Cons

Way too demanding on new comers, they demand you to be bubbly, loud and work your butt off. While none of those things are bad necessarily they give you a ridiculously short amount of time to do it. When they let me go, not even 2 weeks after working for them, maybe 5 shifts at the most they told me my personality was not suited for the job, and well maybe it was, but they should give a more fair chance for an employee to break out of their shell. On top of that there was a girl on the bottom bun station on my last day being completely rude, not team oriented at all and I know they saw and did nothing about it. When I go back in there to pick up my last paycheck I will be keen to point that out. Also I left my other job for this place and was hired by a different GM then the one who let me go, well he got switched and I didn't hear anything baout it until I called the day I was supposed, on top of that the new gm asked me to come in a on a certain day at a certain time just to get a few tax things squared away, well guess what? He didn't show up that day wasting my time, the next day he was there to get the stuff squared away but that is very unprofessional.

Pros

They will teach you everything you need to be successful. They have much higher standards than most places, one of the few places I'd have no problem eating at any location. They'll make sure you have everything you need to meet those standards, especially once you get to a management level. They have corporate trainers and the GM at my location was also great. I'm a GM at a different place now and my experience here left me well prepared me for that position.

Cons

Pay. That's the only reason I left, I would have stayed with the company if I could have gotten a raise and I would definitely return if they offered something comparable to what I'm making elsewhere.
