      Pros

      Good employee benefits. Plenty of progression opportunities. On carphone warehouse side.

      Cons

      Poor system for Branch to branch cover ie for sicknesses. Bonus scheme very flawed especially for store level management you can work very hard hit your targets and still lose a massive amount of bonus with little or no reward.
