-Career opportunities are rather available for people in stores and not for those who work at the center offices. -No real impact to the management - No home office - Really old-school offices (more like a storage unit) - can't keep the young, talented and highly educated people - great fluctuations especially in the "new areas" (innovation-digital fields-analysis-project based methods etc.)
