Bad company - Anonymous employee Aubay Employee Review

We all know that consultant companies are exploratory. Still, Aubay is going to make all the effort to take money out of you, either by low salaries or applying discounts or charges when you are about to leave. They also don´t really care about employee satisfaction at all. Changing to another project is also a pain, you are going to suffer if you want to. Either accept your faith and stay until your contract ends, or quit and pay the 4k leaving fee (if you are in the first year of employment).
