Pros
I have worked in Adevinta for 5 years now, and the experiences and learnings I've had since I joined allowed me to change to management position and lately, to do an internal transfer to another office location. I love that I can learn and grow professionally and that they actually provide you with the tools needed for that. We are a very diverse team, not only culturally, but also on background and experience, so it's always very interesting to have input from other collaborators. Company culture is big on having a work-life balance, and they care a lot about their employees, providing great benefits, relocation packages if needed, and handling the current Covid-19 situation amazingly well.
Cons
- As of today, the company hasn't been very vocal about current social issues and movements, and I think we could do a better job on that area. - In the Barcelona office, it might be hard to join if the applicant doesn't have a lot of experience, as the trainee programs and positions are not super common.
