Pros
- Many colleagues from all over the globe; - Educational Budget - Home/Hybrid office
Cons
-Very weak management style. -Lack of education in basic knowledge. -Excessive micromanagement, even for established processes. -Supervisors do not help but rather act as bottlenecks. -Issues with internal policies based on nationalism; they promote people who have shown intolerance toward other nationalities. Be aware of this and protect yourself—do not wait for your supervisor to solve it for you. You can reach out to AGG within two months of experiencing discrimination. I experienced this from a team member, and it was poorly handled by my supervisor, on whom I relied to solve the issue. Over time, this led me to seek another job. -Very low professional ethics. If you strive for something better, you will face negativity, especially from your supervisor. -You may be removed from a call when you openly share concerns with your supervisor. It seems acceptable for the employer to silence their employees. -Minimal acknowledgment of your ideas. -No action taken against team members who disrupt the work environment. -Zero support from HR and higher management in solving problems. -Limited opportunities for professional growth. -The employer dislikes intelligent employees and treats them poorly, forcing them to leave. -Low salary and no financial perks.
