Dear former colleague, thanks for your feedback. We really appreciate honest feedback and take this seriously. We are happy to hear that the atmosphere among the colleagues is good, but at the same time are aware of the fact that there are a few things that are not as good as we expect them to be. Regarding the communication issue mentioned in your review, we are already working on measures to improve communication by, for example, introducing employee newsletters that will be sent on a regular basis.
