So the problems come even from the beginning. They hire everyone fast, they use you and they fire you even faster (especially for sales people). There isn't an HR person, so they don't know how to recruit.
- management is bad - the general manager of the country doesn't care about the employees and the other managers are with no experience so of course they don't know how to react in many situations.
- sometimes you feel they are waiting for you to make a mistake so they can blame you for everything
- the atmosphere was not great, everybody stressed, negativity, no parties, they don't organize anything.
- too many changes. I understand that this company is a startup, but you need to think very carefully before starting a business and not change everything every 2 months.
