Pros

I have many great co workers, my team lead is fair and kind and involved with the group. Everyone is eager to help when you need it.

Cons

The pay, while higher than I am used to being paid, is not as much as I would expect to be paid doing the amount of work I'm doing. Everything is kind of disorganized, though they are trying to improve.

Pros

Great professionals, solid company, extremely competent people in many areas; overall good team spirit (e.g. easy to access colleagues anywhere in the world and most are happy to lend a hand / share info)

Cons

Really low bonuses; one size-fits all HR strategy; yet, still manage to get unfair treatments at time.
