Pros

Management is good. They listen to you and are very understanding. We work individually but also as a team. Lots of up training to the next level, and the training is very easy to do. There’s lots of support in the chats as well as from team leads and coworkers. They are also very understanding if you have to leave early due to sickness or family issues. Very family-oriented office. Everyone that o have worked with has been very friendly and caring. This makes working here so much better.

Cons

No overtime allowed. There has been some micro-management, but not a lot of it. I think that this was due to us not having a supervisor for our team, but we have one now. I believe this will get better since this role has been filled.
