Employers was alright, just wrong people being promoted

Pros

The compensation is good, most (if not all) base line employees were fine to work with

Cons

Unfortunately there are some less than competent people, mostly women (I can say this because I am a women) that have no business being a manager or a supervisor. Some lead with emotion instead of logic and responses are poor and unprofessional.

Pros

The pay here is good and there is a good work / life balance. Most people are friendly

Cons

Several layoffs have left departments understaffed. Too many cheifs and not enough indians. Lack of communication between management and employees as to how things are to be done. One person told to do things one way and other person something different.
