Pros

The pay is the most competitive around. I love everyone I work with. Holidays are awesome. The company is small enough to really be a family. The job stability for hourly employees are endless. There isn't a soul who really gets fired or let go. They hire most temps. The managers and supervisors are always willing to work with what life demands we do. If you come here and do what they expect or beyond, you'll never be without a job here. It's not difficult to get along.

Cons

I've been here three years, I know change is necessary for a company, but every time they change a policy on how they decide to rate us as employees I'm signing a new document and I'm no step closer to being a salaried employee. Upper management knows the problems, but they do nothing about it! Almost every department is short staffed. There are so many opportunities for workloads to be distributed in different capacities, but it seems like management has no idea what direction to take each department. There's a huge lapse in communication at times, and favoritism is very clear when it comes to promotions, favorable assignments and shifts. Getting promoted is no day in the park. There are so many bugs with the self-service options that no customer can use them. Some employees are so unhappy with what they do that they shouldn't work! There are those who work here that I've never spoken with, let alone wondering if any client has ever spoken with them. It's enough to be yelled at by callers all day, it doesn't help when internal employees hate their jobs and answer the phone like their lives are our faults.
