Pros

Very diverse company taking the lead in the new nuclear build arena. Opportunities to be had within the digital space - but only if you're suitably qualified.

Cons

Bureaucracy - decisions are a painfully slow process after which momentum is generally lost. Lack of real engagement at senior levels. Lack of skills development in areas that can benefit both individuals and company.
