Pros

If you are career focussed, know the right people and fit in you can go far within the company. Talent is sometimes recognised.

Cons

It can be 'clicky' in areas and this can affect progression

Pros

Work life balance, friendly people, interesting sector at an interesting time, supportive and internal comms have got much better than when I joined

Cons

Poor project management- plan badly then hide behind consultants. Needs to change if nuclear is to succeed. Talk the talk on talent retention but haven't cracked it yet. Nuclear is the cash cow and increasingly the focus so for a long career here I'd get into the Generation business. However be aware in Nuclear it's formal and stuffy. Customers however is more 'fluffy' but faces cuts in costs to stay afloat. Paris call the shots but they don't understand the UK market outside of generation.

Pros

A great company that often promotes from within and works hard to develop employees professionally. Great well being package.

Cons

I haven't got a lot to say here really. Good comparable pay structure and work life balance. Highly recommended.
