Pros

Good benefits offered both for free and some with option to be taken direct from salary - they’re fairly varied and decent The people are overall friendly, and professional, not cliquey The £1500 yearly bonus is sweet

Cons

As with any customer service job, customers suck. Not enough people are employed and there’s not enough hours in the day to get everything done, especially if you specialise in anything within your role (e.g. billing). there’s constantly a call queue so your time to complete other work gets taken away and more is added to your plate
