Thank you for sharing your experience as an Assistant Manager. We’re glad to hear you found value in our structure, training, and accountability, and that you enjoyed the work environment with your team. We understand that busy seasons can become a challenge. To support work-life balance, we offer generous PTO benefits to help recharge during busy times. Our leadership teams are also committed to fostering an environment that encourages time off and provides resources to help manage workloads effectively, especially during peak periods. Thank you for sharing your experience, we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

You work with great people and the PTO benefits are good,

Cons

Long hours typically get home late at night. They haven't adjust staffing since covid to accommodate the added responsibilities to the GM role. They also haven't adjusted the bonus structure since they scaled it back during covid. It's hard to motivate your sales team when you have a top performer getting the same bonus as your bottom performer.

Thank you for sharing your experience as a General Manager. We’re glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience working with your team and have found value in our PTO benefits. As a company, we believe in carpooling to a shared destination - it's one of our core values. Because of this, we switched to a team-based commission to provide a pressure-free sales experience for our customers and a non-competitive sales environment for our employees. We want our employees to work together as a team, not against each other. This is also why we provide a base salary. Thank you for sharing your experience, we wish you the best in your future endeavors.
