      Pros

      The recruitment process went very smooth and is very professional, its very structured, human centered which I liked the most. The team was very supportive throughout the process, professional,and friendly which creates a very positive candidate experience. As for the Pre-onboarding, I really appreciate how the human capital team stays connected with their new hires until their joining date, ensuring that the new hires’ questions are answered, and feeling welcomed.

      I haven't started yet but the journey has been going smoothly so far.
