1. Management is focused on promoting "yes" employees and favortism. It is not based on the impact and contributions an employee has made. 2. Management is focused on holding back valuable employees in their role by finding reasons and paths that will convince the employee they may be promoted if they take the suggested route but a promotion never happens. Many strong contributors have left the company after several years for better opportunities that value them. 3. The team culture has become very toxic in the last few years. You cannot trust anyone as everyone is faking it to make it. Be cautious who you befriend here as there are excellent actors. 4. Facts versus opinions in feedback usually ends with opinions winning if you are not a "yes" employee or management's favorite. Beware that if you are good or excellent at your job, you pose as a threat to others who kiss a**. Expect some fake negative feedback from management during your1:1s and yearly reviews. 5. The current president of the US client services team is the only one who has shown professionalism. Everyone else down the chain is not trustworthy.

I've never worked somewhere as hostile and toxic as Datasite. Women, POC, and queer people beware -- this is an old boy's club where none of these groups are respected or valued. Whether it's getting belittled, bullied, or assaulted, I've witnessed it all. The offenders get promoted while the victims stay quiet or get forced out. This place is so backwards and it's only getting worse. Don't be fooled by the paycheck.
