Dixon’s say the customer is at the centre of everything they do?? The customer is not! Profit is to the detriment of everything and everybody.

Cons

Bullying, if your face doesn’t fit forget a career, you need to brown nose not work. Experience means nothing, all in all it was hell.

Failing to hit targets, not investing in people, 3 lots redundancies in less than 12 months, lacks leadership at all levels
