Make as much as you want all you have to do it go get it, the training and tools are all there if your willing to put in the effort.

- kind of flexible schedule - work mostly from home - has some benefits - some good ppl at the company - did not lock down for covid, did not entertain vaccine mandate

Cons

- very high attrition. Hard for work flow to go smooth because of lack of employees and always training new people and then they don't stay. - management wants to waste a lot of time with meetings that don't benefit anyone. - management wants you to do things on your time with out compensation. - gas stipend is a joke. - no room for growth. - most employee's are stressed and disgruntled. - management has so many fart sniffing meetings, they are not in tune with what's going on. - almost no women or ppl of color, none in any management roles.

Great community of customers. Enjoyed the people I worked with

Was micromanaged, and underpaid. The services are too expensive, COG's vs distribution of profits was heavily weighted in favor of the company and not its employees or customers.
