- Benefits for employees are decent.

Cons

- Strict 6 days of vacation and sick time per year. Owner that I worked for put your sick and vacation time together and that's all you got. For many, this meant that they didn't get vacation. - Overbearing perfectionism. - Owner said "I'm going to kill someone." because he was mad that a piece of equipment wasn't tracked. Equipment he was responsible for keeping track of. - No work life balance. - No career opportunities or places for growth.
