Great management and supervisors. Great with flexible scheduling for students. Quarterly lunches. Yearly performance reviews and raises. A lot of awesome co-workers.

Cons

None. Absolutely loved my time there. The people there became a second family to me. Sometimes you have to deal with ridiculous customers. But thats part of the service industry.

Pros

Usual office hours, casual atmosphere. Office equipment kept up to date and you always have what you need for the job. Place kept immaculate. Co-workers were wonderful, management used to be great but that went downhill. Fair pay and decent benefits.

Cons

New management made the place unbearable. Not much room for advancement. Small staff. I left before it got real bad, and have heard not-so-good stories since leaving.
