Pros

Some talented colleagues who genuinely care, and occasional team camaraderie.

Cons

The work environment is unstable and increasingly disorganized. Leadership changes direction frequently, leaving teams confused and burnt out. There’s a clear lack of career progression, with little investment in employee development. The recent push for return-to-office has only worsened morale. Confidence in the product is dwindling internally, with many questioning its long-term viability and market fit.

Pros

I can't really find a pro of working here

Cons

They acquire companies only to dismantle them, presenting themselves as a modern and forward-thinking organization. In reality, they function like an exclusive inner circle that prioritizes profit over employees' well-being. Internally, it's a chaotic mess—duplicated work, unclear priorities, and a lack of vision. I wouldn’t recommend working here at all.
