- Energetic, passionate & transparent culture - Lots of social events - happy hours, breakfasts, office celebrations. - Modern centrally located offsites - Great stage of the journey - still innovating like a start up but resources/ structure in place to support you in your role - Great leadership - perfect mix of autonomy and support - Flexible working - mix of WFH and ability to manage own time - International team & opportunity for travelling to other locations Really love everything about CS and my job!

Nice work community, great office in the center of the city, happy hours and activities for workers each week, regular global events around the world, stock options sharing, trust-based vacation policy

Cons

I didn't find them yet. Maybe just some bureaucracy things, every global question takes a long time to be solved
