Pros

Whether you're looking at the unique product, motivated people or impressive funding CS has on hand, it's evident this company has a huge potential ceiling, and it has recently been making all the right moves. Speaking specifically to the US office - the company has now established a strong foothold and has assembled a core workforce to scale the US operations. The company has recently brought over some great people from the overseas offices, allowing the US to adopt lessons learned in Contentsquare's success abroad. We've also seen some new (impressive) hires to the US upper management; all the pieces are in place and 2019 looks to be a breakthrough year. The office environment is really positive - it is an exciting time. Other than that - great work life balance with drinks and socials, and a killer view from the office over Manhattan to boot!!

Cons

It's definitely busy - don't join if you're looking to sit back and relax, it's fast paced and constantly changing. Some benefits fall short of other SaaS companies in the same space, likely due to the fact CS's footprint in the US is on the younger side. The company is changing and improving so it's hopefully a different story over the next year.

Pros

- Very nice location, excellent working place, good working vibes, various extra work events and benefits, flexible hours and remoting - Exciting and stimulating topics to work on - ContentSquare has, for the moment, the good trade of between the flexible but chaotic startup and organized but very slow big company

Cons

- In R&D positions, fixed salaries are in the high range in the market. However, there is no variable part in the package which causes the package to be very unbalanced compared to the market. Moreover, this can lead to employees being uninterested in the company performance. - absence of technical leader in my team

Pros

Great culture, great working environment, great people. Lots of flexibility in the role + scope to inject your own ideas and have your voice heard by senior management. Rewarded for your time and effort (lots of benefits like lunches, activities, food in the office). A fun, fast-growing startup environment.

Cons

Occasional late evenings - more that counterbalanced by other perks.
