      Pros

      - product is very useful and successful - big importance is given to the improvement of the product - big HR team with a consequent budget - good work life balance: there's always something to work on, but the company is flexible on the working hours, you don't need to stay late at night or you can start later in the morning if you prefer (in France at least) - international company so very interesting: even in France we have several different nationalities in the office - growing company, so a lot to learn and always some new idea to bring or new project to implement - it's getting more structured and better organized, but doesn't lose its startup mindset - people are always enthusiastic and ready to take part in everything: parties or projects :)

      Cons

      - it was lacking of structure and process, but it's getting better and better as the company grows - several examples of internal mobility and career evolution, but sometimes career paths are still unclear - the company is changing fast so you need to adapt but that's also part of the challenge and exciting
