      Pros

      I very much liked the safety oriented view of the workplace, they are making great strides.

      Cons

      Disconnect between upper management expectations and project level realities. The higher up you go the less safety is about the people and more to do with money implications.

      -no opportunity for career advancement -no guidance from middle and upper management, just expectations -non existing communication, there was a time that a guy was fired and we did not know about it -bad atmosphere
