Pros

*International capabilities *Financial stability *Former L-Chubb people

Cons

*Cutting bonus after record breaking year *Senior Management is all L-ACE and mostly incompetent - they do everything on the fly and have knee jerk reactions to everything. *Culture is more about the process and than underwriting *Lowest pay in the industry and doesn't care about tenor - *Eliminated L-Chubb Pension *Asking all kinds of personal healthcare questions (Vaccinated or not) - health screens to lower premiums. *Healthcare coverage deteriorated and pay more *Great people leaving the company and "retiring"

Pros

The only pro anyone can ever come up with is that you can work three days from home. If that's the only good thing you can say about this place, then that says a lot

Cons

I was a part of ACE before Evan G got greedy and bought Chubb. Chubb is now the worst company I've ever worked for. Morale is so low. Micromanaging is at its peak. Chubb has antiquated systems and even a more antiquated underwriting thought process. We used to think Chubb was the gold standard in high net worth insurance. Now that we've seen behind the curtains, it's all held together by tape. I want to warn all the PAs we've recruited from colleges to run as fast as they can to another company - they can do better than this place.

Pros

the people and culture from 'old' Chubb. not much else. better places to work on a career.

Cons

it is Chubb in name only. Ace bought 'old' Chubb and kept the name hoping to cash in on the old Chubb prestige. People are now overworked and senior management only interested in cashing in. underpay compared to comparable sized companies. key mantra is 'management does not care what employees have to say'. Example: 'new' Chubb had a survey and never shared the results or acted on any things that people complained about.
