Pros
Solid Financial Company Supervisors and Local Managers are fair and treat employees well. Their knowledge of the business is excellent and they are willing to teach anyone who is willing to learn.
Cons
Lack of direction and communication between Senior Managers in Home office and local Senior Manager. Reporting structure excludes those with technical knowledge. Work load is at a all time high. Due to lack of resources Supervisors and Managers are pulled from core responsibilities to focus on projects and areas that should be managed by others. Salary is behind market
