Great company, good benefits, fantastic projects
Pros
Really good company with a pretty good plan of work-life balance, very attractive staff benefits (such as staff sales, frequent company lunches, engaging company events). The work has some of the clearance guidelines set out in the market, colleagues are really nice and pleasant to work with apart from some people with slightly-off vibes (but then that is to be expected everywhere), and company does its best to offer psychological safety. The Office has a very beautiful spatial design and it's very pleasant to work in. The company is a very good example of true luxury - very cautious to embark on big new changes, extremely attentive to details, and sometimes things move at a luxuriously slow pace (true to the industry)
Cons
The company is a little bit slow to receive innovation, but encourages it often. The work sometimes be a little bit monotonous, but that is perhaps because it is quite efficient - this is very much dependent on the department of course. Cons will follow any company, but the ones here in Chanel are quite tolerable and truthfully, very minor. There is not much growth in terms of the career ladder here- it's not a company like that, it doesn't quite seek profit as its only course. If you would like to pursue something with exponential growth, something really fast-paced, this is perhaps not the best place.
