Pros

Great company to advance with, many new store openings, paid vacations, sick days, holidays, stock options, 401k, fun environment, company pays health insurance for mechanics and inventory employees, paid trips to Vegas for top sales people, demo cars for managers, company stands behind its products, fun store activities such as, summer bbq's holiday parties and community charity events.

Cons

Long hours, Insurance could be better, low appraisal offers sometimes make it hard to purchase or sell vehicles, non paid morning sales meetings.

Good business culture with high respect and integrity by associates Unbelievable growth potential

Cons

Pay scale is very behind for Sales Managers considering their growing responsibility for resolving all customer issues, unrealistic sales development programs, and ultimate accountability for security of a multi-million dollar inventory every night. At-risk compensation component is very disproportionate.
